We want you to be completely satisfied with Buer. That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase, and we'll process a full refund—no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your order number in the email subject line
  3. Briefly let us know why you'd like a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your refund request.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Here's what to expect:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

  • Subscription Renewals: Refunds for automatic renewals are only available if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge. We recommend setting a reminder before your renewal date or canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to continue.
  • After 14 Days: We are unable to process refunds for requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase date.
  • Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse our policy.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier afterward
  • Your encrypted data will remain accessible with your private key
